Manhattan Transfer

The name refers to so many things--John Dos Passos' 1925 modernist novel; the vocal group famous for mixing jazz, big band, and pop; even the Pennsylvania Railway station in New Jersey. But in this case, it refers to Oliver Russell's newest employee, Jane Naillon, who recently left New York City after twenty years to return to her native Boise. Jane was lured to New York by the music business then jumped into the design world, starting her career in production for Landor Associates and progressing to the role of production director for first Desgrippes Gob and then Sterling Brands. After 14 years in production, she broadened her experience into account management, working most recently as director of client services for McRoberts Mitchell, a brand strategy, design and integrated marketing firm. Why Boise after the Big Apple? Jane says it was family that brought her back, a strong network of friends, and the exciting design scene in Boise that will let her use the full spectrum of her talents and experience. Stand back and see Jane run.
