Oliver Russell's Valentine's Day promotion was such a huge success last week, we're making it an annual event. We invited the public to stop by February 14 to pose with the "I LOVE YOU" mural on our building. Oliver Russell staff took a free Polaroid picture and provided a frame and envelope for guests to give to their valentine, with a suggested donation of $1 to benefit the American Heart Association.
We estimate we had about 75 people stop by, including 3-year-old twins Finn and Miles, mural artist Grant Olsen, sweethearts of all ages, and some folks professing their love for mom. Every one of them left with a big smile and a thank you, and we raised $176 for the American Heart Association.
