New People, New Positions, New Promotions

We begin 2008 at OR with a series of promotions, new hires, and a new structure to get in gear for the year ahead. Jane Naillon, previously part of our production team, has been promoted to studio director; Pat Brubaker becomes our operations director, and gifted senior designer Toby Robin is our new agency art director. Also promoted are Kourtney Flaherty to production manager, Colleen Cahill to senior designer, and Shawna Weber to account executive.
Oliver Russell has also hired Heidi Kelly as our new interactive producer. Heidi, who spent ten years on interactive and creative teams for Albertsons, will be part of a new interactive team our agency is forming in Boise.
